Gita Barnes is a smart sassy strong woman social worker whose day job is responding with police to mental health calls. A strange incident leaves her with a million dollars in undocumented cash, and a house full of undocumented abused women to tend to. She's up for the task, but there's a hitch....a violent psychotic who's crossed her path before is released from the criminally insane hospital in Minnesota.

And he's resettled (under supervision, of course) down the street from where Gita watches over a houseful of traumatized women on a hard path of recovery.

Abused and traumatized women were this criminal offender's favorite prey. And stalking, abusing, and raping caretaking women was his other hobby.

Gita's in over her head. And some friends of hers take notice. Two quiet older gentleman, disabled veterans. Retired Master Gunnery Sergeants from the Force Recon Marines. They don't like men who prey on women of any kind, let alone the most vulnerable.

And unlike Gita, they have a long and bloody history of dealing with human animals.

Salt and Sanchez and their crew of Hunters return in Book 3 of The Revengers Series to once more stalk the rough streets of Minneapolis and mete out their very particular—and violent—form of private justice.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ARIEL

A corrupt Minneapolis real estate investor has, since the Super Bowl and Final Four, managed a growing number of AirBnB properties that serve as low profile brothels. He's a national level money launderer in real estate and construction, who started off taking a portion of his profits as sex on demand with teenage (and younger) girls trafficked through the Twin Cities. The profit to risk ratio with human trafficking is a fraction of what it is for narcotics and he can still launder money with fake renters and AirBnb while his people move women, girls and boys from house to house and rent them till they bleed.

And die.

He maintains a lucrative sideline with multiple advantages—his best houses have hidden sound and video recording systems that capture—in living color—the activities of some very wealthy and highly placed individuals as they partake of his human trafficking products.

He's a fat spider in the middle of a gigantic web that stretches from Chicago to Sinaloa, with a hard drive full of video that makes him, well, untouchable.

Until he pisses off a 18-year old girl with dangerous friends.

Two old and battered and very lethal retired Marine Force Recon Master Gunnery Sergeants.

And now, things get a little Salty.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . SALT

There are those who victimize others with impunity, and who get away with it again and again.

In a world of violence, uncertainty, chaos and ambiguity, two disabled Marine combat veterans take a stand, and mete out their own version of justice to bring a new order into chaos.

Their cure for that brand of odious arrogance and entitlement is to rob the corrupt. Then kill them.

Meet The Revengers.

"We spent our careers ridding the world of assholes. And we didn't do it for money, we'd have done it for free. We don't do it for medals and we sure as hell don't do it for fame. We do it because we're wired that way. And we still are. There's a world full of assholes out there, Sanchez. And way too many of them are getting away with shit like this, in the dark nooks and crannies of the world. A guy like this, with a badge? He's a fucking disgrace to the whole profession, to anyone who goes in harm's way on behalf of others. Taking him off the books is a blessing, rids the world of that. And since Uncle Sam ain't paying these Misguided Children no more, we gotta pay our way. Pensions and disability aren't gonna cut it. So let's go after them. The worst of the worst. They got money, they got property, they think they're fucking immune, hiding behind lawyers and bought judges and crooked cops and officials. How many times did we show up on some HVT who thought no one could get to him? Same skill set, same application as far as I'm concerned."

Master Gunnery Sergeant Salt, United States Marine Corps, Retired

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Wylde 1-3

This compilation of the two previous WYLDE books JOHNNY WYLDE and TWO'S WYLDE with 60,000 additional words of new story brings the WYLDE story to a dramatic finale. The two previous books have been revised, corrected and combined to flow with the new content.

WYLDE is a manic gunfighter-noir-crime story that blows up in high drama when you mix a bar bounder with a shadowy military past, a gleefully criminal South African gun dealer, a sado-masochistic Russian couple who traffic in weapons and women, a Buddhist exotic dancer, a man-killing woman detective, assorted highly skilled dark side shooters and the sunniest down-home female assassin in the business.

Lyrical sex. Poetic violence. And poetry.

For adults only. Rated R for graphic sex, violence, language and mordant humor.

The Sword of Michael Meet Marius Winter: shaman, depossessionist, exorcist and spiritual warrior. Marius works in the deep end of the spiritual pool. He's a soul-rescuer who goes into the darkest places to recover lost souls, soul pieces, or to remove spiritual intrusions from the innocent. He has a family of allies to help him in his work, seen and unseen. His spirit guides, his Allies in the Other Realms, include a Lakota war-chief and medicine man, a powerful feminine spirit who dwells inside a White Tiger, and a far-seeing Raven who channels the voice of an old Jewish bookie from the Bronx. His human family includes a special operations veteran who watches his back, a beautiful and enchanting Wiccan priestess, and a wild biker chick who is also a powerful shaman.

A sorcerer targets Marius and sets him on a quest that takes him to The Gates of Hell, to confront Belial—also known as Lucifer—face to face.

The first in a continuing series. The next book, The Achy Man, will be published in 2019.

"Marcus Wynne has created a rare find—an action packed book with characters filled with heart and soul. This is a true "keeper." You have to keep reading—and then keep to read again and savor one more because the story is so rich."
—Heather Graham, #1 New York Times best-selling fantasy author

"I'm glad to welcome Marcus Wynne back to the author fold. His own personal journey through Hell and hardship has been transformed into a gripping, action-filled urban fantasy about a man's Journey to Hell to ave all those he loves best in the world. A great debut in a new genre by one of the best action writers in any genre."
—David Morrell, New York Times best-selling author of Murder as a Fine Art

"Marcus Wynne's newest page-turner—his best to date—rips the veil off of our everyday perceptions to reveal the eternal battle between good and evil that takes place around us and, yes, within us. Labeled as fiction, THE SWORD OF MICHAEL is very real, a story where even Humanists and Theists can find common and exciting ground and which features a New Age shaman exorcist who hopefully has a real world model. If he doesn't, we are all in deep trouble."
   —Joseph Hartlaub, Senior reviewer, BOOKREPORTER.COM

"Marcus Wynne delivers again... Shamanic practitioner Marius Winter risks all traveling to the depths of Hell to save everything and everyone important to him."
   —WWE Legend Lance Storm

"In Sword of Michael, my good friend Marcus Wynne has created a world where the fight between good and evil is as close as the next visitor or the next town over. The action, both physical and spiritual, jumps off the pages and exposes you to a side of conflict and human nature that is rarely considered by the conscious mind. Sword of Michael provides a modern urban backdrop for a story that is as powerful as it is personal."
—Senior Training NCO, John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, SERE Cadre, Fort Bragg

Love lady Frank Lovelady is a highly skilled killer, an Army Special Forces veteran, a member of the CIA's Special Activities Division and a specialist asset within the ultra-classified and totally deniable "Cells"—off the books special operations groups assigned to only the most sensitive and critical tasks.

After a nervous breakdown precipitated by stress, Frank is reassigned to a deep cover Cell. Between assignments he lives his cover as a travel journalist. During one of those in between times, he responds to a plea for help from a brother soldier and becomes embroiled in the search for a missing girl in the hell of human sex trafficking.

"Another outstanding book from one of my favorite authors. I have read everyone of his books and am always looking forward to the next. I highly recommend his books to all my Brothers at Arms and anyone else. Sheep need not apply."
   —Kevin Elter

"Marcus continues to deliver most excellent novels, and Lovelady is most certainly not an exception. How he is able to put out new material at the fast paced rate he recently has, and maintain his high standards is remarkable to me. Lovelady is perhaps the darkest story he has yet created. It is actually quite disturbing, as you can do a little of your own research and see that a lot of the actions in the book really do occur right under our noses. Having said that, he is also able to show that where there is extreme evil, there is also a greater good to overcome it. This book will chill, repulse, and entrap you; but it will also be very rewarding when you finish it. It will definitely engage your analytical mind. As with all of Marucs's books, it is HIGHLY recommended."

Air Marshals This novel was written before the tragic events of 9/11. Based on my experiences as an Air Marshal, Air Marshal Team Leader, and Lead Tactics and Firearms Instructor with the Federal Air Marshal Program, this chilling thriller offers a unique insider's perspective into aviation security and terrorism that remains relevant today. The TSA and DHS remain unhappy with the information and reality check this novel provides regarding the true state of aviation security.

"If you've ever wondered what it would be like to be inside the shadowy world of an Air Marshal, read this book. It shows the all to real and excessive pressures placed on these men and women, while they fight a covert war on terrorism. I did not come away with reservations of flying after reading this book, but rather comfort at knowing these gallant men and women might just be on my next flight protecting me and my fellow passengers. As always, there is no substitute for true experience in an author. Marcus has it in spades."

"As in his other novels Marcus' knowledge of the special operations community, weapons and tactics creates an authentic realism rarely seen and brings the action to life."

With a Vengeance With A Vengeance was my comeback novel after a long layoff. Like Air Marshals, it deals with the insider reality of the Air Marshal job as undercover counter-terrorist officer in a way that no other novel ever has. Hunter James is the only survivor of the first terrorist hijacking since 9/11—and he becomes the obsession of a hidden opponent who is targeting the entire American civil aviation industry. This is another book that TSA and DHS would rather you didn't read—and you may never approach flying the same way after you do read it.

"A long time and well-respected trainer of those who go in harms way, Wynne writes with authority on subject matter many writers often get entirely wrong... A tale of conspiracy, terror, and modern war, it illuminates not only the worst intentions of our enemies, but reminds us of the things that separate us from them, as well as what happens when we stare far too long into the abyss. Highly recommended."
   —A Kid's Review

"Can't say enough good things about this book... Some of the best action I've ever read. You can tell Wynne has actually been there and done that, because you don't just read the action in this book you feel it."
   —L. Evers

"Marcus' real-world expertise shines in this book. The weapons, the tactics, even the emotional and mental state of a modern day warrior are portrayed in such a realistic manner that you feel like you are immersed in the action. READ this book. You will not be disappointed."

"The author's obvious first hand knowledge shines through in a taught tale of espionage, covert operations, terrorism and startlingly realistic depictions of close quarter action that, at points, left me sitting, staring at my computer, waiting for the adrenaline to fade so I could keep reading. I don't think there is a finer author in this genre. You need to read this book."
   —Chris S. (UK)

"5.0 out of 5 stars A must read for adrenaline junkies."

Brothers in Arms Brothers In Arms was originally conceived of as a way to combine the protagonists of my first two best-selling novels No Other Option and Warrior In The Shadows into an ongoing series. Through a strange coincidence, Dale Miller (No Other Option) and Charley Payne (Warrior In The Shadows) end up teamed together to hunt down a deep cover sleeper agent harboring a deadly weapon of mass destruction targeted at the United States.

"I very much enjoyed his development of the characters of the two beautiful female assassins and even that of the lonely young Saudi terrorist who had been designated to unleash the smallpox virus in the U.S."
   —Michael Slavin

"Wynne has written a very good book that you will enjoy reading.Don't miss it."
   —Melvin Hunt

"The characters, story, and situations Marcus Wynne presents kept the book fresh and highly engrossing.... Brothers in Arms is a must-read for any surveillance, thriller, military, or mystery enthusiast."
   —Christopher Dean

Warrior in the Shadows Warrior In The Shadows was written after a magazine assignment in Queensland, Australia. I'd been assigned by an adventure travel magazine to go to the Jowalbinna Bush Camp, deep in an Aboriginal preserve, home to one of the world's greatest concentrations of prehistoric sacred rock art. My host was a taciturn former Australian SAS operator turned reclusive bush-guide. He was a treasure trove of insights on bush lore, aboriginal magic, and the very strange history of the Jowalbinna area. Mysterious disappearances, sightings of prehistoric animals caught on infra-red cameras, magical occurrences including duels between competing sorcerers, amazing tales shared over the camp fire—rich grist for a fellow story teller.

On the plane home, I began to wonder what if you were to drop a special operations soldier, one of the elite of the elite like the Special Activities Division people as seen in the recent film MILE 22 (and featured in my first novel, No Other Option), into conflict with an equally skilled special operations soldier—who was also a black magician?

The idea took hold of me, and I couldn't let it go. Part of the challenge was to combine the reality of the special operations skill sets with the "magical reality" of someone who lived and breathed that Other the people I'd met in Jowalbinna did.

So meet Charley Payne, police photographer with a shadowy past in the most elite special operations unit in the US arsenal, and Alfie Woodard, a cheerful leather clad rock star type who just happens to be a former Australian SAS operator, international assassin, and...a black magician.

No Other Option This is my first novel. When it debuted in September 2001, right on the heels of 9/11, it was ranked as one of the best thriller debuts by Publishers Weekly and became a Booksense Pick as Best Thriller and Suspense. It was one of the first thrillers to feature the extremely secretive Special Activities Division of the CIA, the single most elite unit in the US Special Operations arsenal.

What readers loved about it then, and now, as it still sells 18 years later, was first of all the realism in tactics, tradecraft and fighting. This is old hat now with most competent thriller writers spending time getting every exacting detail about those things right. 18 years ago that was not common. We readers were used to books with silenced revolvers, Glocks with safety catches, and tradecraft using a woman's compact mirror (remember those?) to peek around corners with. Fellow authors like Barry Eisler, David Morrell, Gayle Lynds, Grant Blackwood, Harley Jane Kozak and many others have been kind enough to thank me for sharing my technical expertise over the years in their excellent fiction.

The second thing readers resonated with was the depth of insight into the psychology of special operators, and learning about the fine line between psychopathy/sociopathy and the ice-cold calculation necessary in a cutting edge special operator. I've spent most of my adult life researching and teaching these mental aspects for close combat, and I count students in elite units all over the world. Besides my own work and research, I consulted during the writing of this novel with psychologists and psychiatrists from the CIA, NASA, JSOC, and national police academies in three different countries, as well as with friends from Tier One Units in the US and NATO structure.

That research, and the novel that emerged from it, has held up well.

Enjoy this exploration into the very dark mind of Jonny Maxwell, a superstar in Dominance Rain, an element of the Special Activities Division, and the man who must hunt him to the death, his friend and war-brother Dale Miller.

"A breathless thriller...Wynne keeps technical detail about secret operations and weaponry to a necessary minimum, avoiding techno-babble, and his characters are well drawn particularly Jonny, who is a formidable villain without ever becoming a caricature. At the heart of this thoughtful thriller is a compelling question: why does a man go bad? Intelligent in content and competent in execution, this is a most suspenseful and entertaining tale."
   —Publishers Weekly

"This is the book that started it all. No Other Option is a fast moving, hard hitting look into a world that very few ever get to see and even fewer will admit exists. It takes a long look into the darkness that exists in all of us and, in a manner that is both subtle and not, asks us about the limits of loyalty and explores the grey area where loyalty and honor collide. If you are looking for a thriller that is more than what it seems and is both action packed and intelligent, then look no further."
   —H.P. Lef

"What a great book. If you are at all interested in thrillers, special operations or just a good read with very interesting and thought out characters. Story is familiar but unique and is absolutely a page turner."
   —Jonny Maxwell
